BOOKING
I’m getting quite a few inquiries that fall on the same weekend or dates, to secure the date for your events please make an appointment so I could get the quotation & papers ready.
Please understand I need to arrange my side, my calendar, my Shooter, the booking and others.
This is to guarantee my commitments & the services that I’m giving to you on the specific date.
So any “I book you…” is just a soft-booking I shall say.
I have the right to cancel the ‘soft-booking’ without the any notice.
so confirm your booking with the retaining-fee & I shall block the dates required.
FYI I currently applying the 3 phases payment which is:
- 25% for booking..
- …another 50% atleast 2 weeks before the 1st event..
- …and the final 25% During the final product delivery.
OR 2 phases (if you wish)
- 75% for booking + Deposits
- …and the final 25% During the final product delivery.
*All clients will be given a quotation/agreement proof + receipt for every payment made.
